- Hallucinations, typically auditory

- Arousal may lead to worsening of symptoms
Negative symptoms
LESS
- Loss of volition, under-activity, social withdrawal
- Emotionally flat
- Speech reduced, monosyllabic
- Slowness in movement and thought, psychomotor retardation
