.Occurs in elderly with predisponding condn during hot weatheq
.C/F=
.Unconsciousness,headache ,hyperventilatn ,vertigo ,faintness ,confusion ,abdo discomfort
.Examinatn shows hyperthermia with a temp more than 106'F
.Other features includes tachycardia ,arrhythmia ,low BP ,flaccid muscles
.Pupils fixed nd dilated
.Lab Investigatn=
.Leucocytosis
.Proteinuria
.Raised blood urea
.Respi alkalosis
