Nail changes (occur in 50% of patients)
STOP
- Hyperkeratosis – thickening of cornified layer
- Acanthosis – epidermal thickening (3-5 times normal)
- Rete ridge elongation (arrowheads)
- Parakeratosis – retained nuclei in stratum corneum
